Please read the following information carefully

• Credit Card Payment - This is our preferred method of payment. Please use the box below to select the number of students and adults to process your payment. Credit Card payments will be taken until 5pm on Friday, February 2nd. Check-in tables will not have credit card capabilities.

• Check or Cash Payment - We can accept these payments before the day of the performance or at the door. Place payment (checks made payable to ‘Anchorage Symphony Orchestra’) in an envelope. On the outside of the envelope please list:

  • Teacher Name & School

  • Number of Seats Purchased

  • Total Amount Enclosed

• Bus schedules will be emailed to each school approximately one week before the performance.

• Schools providing their own transportation, or walking, will be advised where to drop off students, and the door to enter the theater. Information will be sent approximately one week before the performance.
